The noise of the street. There is no AC on the room, so during summer you have to open the windows but the street was very noisy also during the night.

Real good stay, as always. Modern hotel and private parking, comfortable location to the autobahn. Very efficient staff, excellent services, including a wide array of great delicacies. A nice size and well-appointed room, inner courtyard views. Coffee, a balcony and WiFi available. Location near to the attractions of Wurzburg, namely the city center and the Residence and a tram stop.

However, I doubt very much that we would stay again. My daughters' room smelled very badly. When we complained, we were handed a spray. The sewer smell would not go away. So my uncle finally told them to give us another room and they did. We moved to two different rooms. Also, the road is extremely loud and busy all hours of the day and night. So, i recommend winter nights so you don't have to crack the windows for air.

This hotel was a great family hotel, the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The room was clean and was set up in a perfect way, where the kids could get to sleep earlier than the adults. Super!!

This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location is fantastic, as it is right next to the tram into town and within walking distance of most of the city attractions. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities such as free wifi and a fridge in the rooms make the stay even more comfortable. The breakfast is a highlight with a good selection, and the smiley egg adds a fun touch.
